Not all the holiday baking happened in-house, thankfully. My friend Randall’s mom, Sally, sent over this delicious and adorable loaf of Banana Nut Bread. Unlike my Date Nut Bread, it was moist without being soggy, and it tasted really good. Randall reported that she bakes them every year in coffee cans – it looks like a bee hive, doesn’t it? It didn’t take me long to dig in.
